Shipping

Most orders placed before 10am EST will be shipped same day, all others will be shipped within the next 48 business hours. Large orders typically take longer to process. You will receive two emails from us; the first will be a confirmation that we have received your order. The second email will confirm that your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number. 

Standard Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

CONTINGUOUS USA (GROUND, 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

• Orders values $74.99 or less cost $9.95 for shipping
• Orders valued $75.00 or higher qualify for FREE SHIPPING

ALASKA & HAWAII (GROUND, 3-8 BUSINES DAYS)

• All orders cost $15.99 for shipping

CANADA (GROUND, 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

• Orders values $74.99 or less cost $9.95 for shipping
• Orders valued $75 or higher qualify for FREE SHIPPING

Europe (GROUND, 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

• • Orders values $74.99 or less cost $9.95 for shipping

Returns

Our standard return policy is 100 days, no questions asked. VIVA products can be returned/exchanged if you’re not sold by day 100 if unused. For tea, the packaging has to be unopened. Keep in mind that VIVA does not cover the cost of shipping for orders returned.
