Think twice before ordering anything.

When the package arrived, none of the items in the box where the ones I’ve ordered! I contacted viva and after some back and forth they finally accepted that they’ve sent my box to someone else!, so two frustrated customers. They offered me to send me a new box with all the items on it. It should have ended there but no. they contacted me for a second run on “we’re sorry but item X is not available any more”. So a lot of sorrys and overall a waste of time and lots of “mistakes”. Think twice before ordering anything here.

The widest part of the carafe is just 9 cm wide, about as wide as a wine bottle. This will fit easily in most refrigerator doors.

Yes, it is! The cap is made from our premium quality food safe Istoflec silicone and the body is made from our special Vitriluma borosilicate glass. This means it’s completely food safe, dishwasher safe, and BPA free.
